		<description><![CDATA[This has not been a good couple weeks.&#160; Our Civil Affairs community has lost another soldier.&#160; MAJ Scott Hagerty was killed in action this week.
Unfortunately, the nature of our missions endangers our CA Soldiers daily by placing them deep into the battlefield with the role providing reconstruction efforts.
