Another debate? Yup. This one’s kinda fun, actually has some noteworthy moments.
Classic Moment: Guiliani is asked his reaction to a Catholic Bishop calling his views on abortion troubling. As he starts to speak, lightning in the area cuts the sound. McCain and Romney back away, expecting a bolt from God at any moment.
Speaking of God.
Wolff Blitzer, note to self. Never ask a Minister whether he believes in evolution or creation. Minister Huckabee’s answer was unexpectedly direct, well spoken and powerfully well done.
Jeez, now they’re off on the Military policy on Gays. Yawn.

Scooter Libby Question. Second time tonight the candidates have basically pointed out the stupidity of certain questions. Guiliani and Romney both took the chance to explain that a particular question was looking for a “yes” or “no” answer, when not really appropriate. The issue was too complex to simply answer with either “yes” or “no”.

Oye, no excitement here. The talking suits put me to sleep. The first half was the exciting show. After half time, now it’s both sides just trying to run down the clock. I’m outta here.
